Lovely camping site, hosts are very nice with Claire. The site is clean and fairly minimalist which I enjoy. It has a mix of camping field (with and without electrical hookup), hard standing and a few pods. Nice, clean and warm shower block. Definitely be heading that way again.

Lovely campsite with clean facilities. We stayed in the tent field with no electric and it was very quiet so had the place to ourselves. Fantastic views. Village is a short 10 minute walk and I can recommend the beer garden behind the Coach and Horses.

Beautiful quick place to relax and enjoy the views, second time here in the glamping pods and love it , have a complex disabled son and it brilliant for him and I. We drive out to do different things he loves. Owners are very helpful and lovely people. Would recommend.

Brilliant little campsite, very low key, views to die for, Pendle Hill in all its glory is your constant companion. Facilities are limited in extent but good quality, given the size of the site, they are more than enough quantity wise. No on site shop of any kind that I'm aware of, everything you need in Clitheroe. Note there is an excellent local shop in nearby Bolton By Bowland, amazing freshly made sandwiches, lovely 10 minutes walk across the fields or a 2 mins drive.
Edit: just to be clear, if you like peace and quiet might be best avoiding on a bank holiday weekend. It got distinctly busier and louder for a couple of days as the metropolitan masses descended for their once a year 2 night camping trip. It never got too bad, always quiet by 10ish but this also put a slight strain on the limited facilities although it never broke them. Still a brilliant site.

What a lovely site pitches are well spaced out with lovely views. Facilities where excellent lovely and clean and warm. Lovely owner really nice chap. Nice walk to to the village had a drink at the coach and horses really nice pub. We walked to Sawley across the fields nice walk then stopped off at the spread eagle for a drink. Would definitely recommend this site we will be coming back as the area is lovely.

Well… this was our first night away in our new Campervan. What an amazing site. Not only in a great spot with inspiring surrounding views but great onsite facilities and friendly family here to support your stay too. We wandered into the village used the local shop and had a bite to eat at the local garden center too. Would highly recommend a visit to this wonderfully quiet site for a good rest and relaxation. Stayed November 2022
