Booked to stay in our van, wanted use of showers. Was told after we got there they barely get hot and they haven’t even bother fixing it but that aside I wouldn’t even get in the showers they are GRIM!!. Place is pretty disgusting if avoid like the PLAGUE unless you want to catch it. Run down and dirty, not very welcoming. You have been warned!.

While staff were helpful. It is very run down. Kitchen area dirty. Nowhere in showers to put or even hang clothes. Showers mouldy. No recycling.

Having stayed here several times over the last few years, it is very clear that a site is only as good as the manager and staff you employ. It appears that since I last visited the business, only 5 weeks ago, there has been a staff change. Very helpful, very polite and clearly full of enthusiasm to make improvements. Nice site just north of the king Alfred's way. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only £15 for a small bikepacking tent in the orchard. Showers were hot and facilities clean.

The tent camping area is in an apple orchard, which was lovely and charming. The staff were super helpful, especially when we realised we had left our tent pegs at home... whoops! We arrived after 5pm, but just phoned the mobile phone number on the door and the staff welcomed us and showed us where to camp. The camping shop has a great range of caravan and camping equipment. Loos and showers are modern, clean and well kept.
A thoroughly pleasant experience, we will definitely be camping with them again next time we visit that part of the country.

This place is absolutely filthy do not stay in this campsite at all cost. Human stains on the beds showers were no cleaner than the disgusting pod. I wouldn’t let my dog live in this place! I payed 200 pound upon arrival I left the site 6 hours later and they refused my refund. So much potential but just money hungry scruffs clean your site! This place needs shut down

I was the manager there back in June and i was working 7days a week for 240 a week it was cleaner then that it just so dirty and toilet out of order and I try to make it look nice but the owner just didn't want to put money into in a I try everything but I can say it does need shutting down and needs new owner and staff as there are not good at want they do and they don't know much about caravans old manager and owner is so horrible to customers and not to refund them and if I could owner this place it would be closed for Refurbishment old manager michael
