Black Knowl Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite

Excellent site. Wash rooms spotless. Wardens great. Helpful and informative. Have stayed 4 times now and can not wait to return. Great walks around the site. Highly recommend if you want peace and quiet. Added bonus is there is visiting food vendors 4 nights a week. Monday, Tuesday. Wednesday and Friday.

We've been coming here as a family for over 10 years, love it! The site staff are really friendly and helpful, the site itself it's really well kept and right in rhe heart of the New Forest national park. There isn't a play area or anything like that for kids but we have never needed one with being straight out on to the common there is plenty of space for kids to play. The site has really good shower facilities with a whole new refurb in the last 5 years. Highly recommend

My husband and I and our 2 whippets loved this park. Great looking area with the wild forrest and open fields by the entrance to the park. Toilet and amenities area was very nice and left clean. We didn't mind the kids and other dogs at all. Everyone was respectful and quiet at night. I did notice the little short cuts that went between 2 pitches to get to shower block etc. People had mentioned complaints in other reviews so I tried to avoid walking that way. But they are there for a reason, its a huge roundabout way to walk your heavy washing up bowl so I did it to save my back. If I have that pitch I wouldn't mind at all. If I didn't like it I would pitch elsewhere. Simple. Walking to Brockenhurst is easy from the site. A few little food shops near by. Or supermarkets a short drive away. A food truck visits so take away available on site. We visited Lyndhurst and Lymington in the car. Lovely little towns to eat and shop. We thought this caravan site was hugely better than the centenary site. The best we have been to so far for the site and forrest. The wardens were very nice and helpful.

Well it was our first time in a camper van & camp site. What a beautiful place to have experienced our first time. So clean from the gates to your parking area, the shower & toilet block was so well maintained & clean it was way beyond my expectations. The setting in the forest the location of the site was truly unforgettable for me & my son. We cannot wait to go back . Beautiful countryside & country pubs 10/10 . To top it off this morning listening to the owls hooting before sun rise was quite spectacular. Coming down from London was well worth the experience. Can't wait to come back.

Very warm welcome from the team. Lovely well kept site in the heart of the new forest. Great walks to both Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst. Good cycling routes. Fantastic area to explore. The toilet and shower block was very clean and very plentiful. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Had a great stay.

A most excellent campsite with excellent facilities. Toilets showers and washing up areas kept spotless. Staff are helpful and cheerful and very friendly. Area around the site is beautiful with plenty of dog walks and a lovely walk into Brockenhurst. Would highly recommend this site. We loved it so much staying again in May 2023

Large New Forest campsite with all the facilities. Seems to be open all year round. Close to one of the best New Forest towns - Brockenhurst.

Good for walks on the plain and a stream / swampy area close by.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and clean facilities. A favourite in late Autumn.

Great site. Quite new facilities clean and well laid out. Walking into the forrest are close and great for the dogs and humans alike. We will be returning
