Lovely place, very quiet. Toilets and showers are well maintained, clean and tidy.

What can I say about this little gem of a place...you'll hate the stunning views and absolute peace. You'll be horrified at having your own personal, lockable, spotless toilet to use. You'll be disappointed with the gorgeous Shepherds Hut, how it is so cosy and has every little thing you could possibly need (what other self-catering place has Olive oil, Balsamic Vinegar, homemade jams, stocked fridge etc!)
In other words - don't book this please because I'm ready to renounce all my worldly goods and live in this special place full time and you'd be spoiling my plan.
Roy- you've put so much thought and care into this place and can't wait to come back.

Patrick and I just loved this wonderful place and it's natural beauty ! We were very happy living in peace in the middle of a meadow which was cut only for a few tent pitches. Roy told us it should have been full of flowers had it not been for the severe Summer draught..
We hope we can come back some day and see them ! We enjoyed also very much the nice way Roy welcame us and we were very interested to learn about his ecological work for the conservation of the moors and also about the farm.

Excellent campsite! Stunning views, not too close to other campers so still have privacy, clean toilets and showers. Lovely for the kids to explore safely too. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I have just finished a wonderful stay at this fantastic new site, camping amongst the wild flowers with breath-taking views of a patchwork of rolling hills. Feels a bit like wild camping but benefits from the spotless, modern toilets and showers. Natural, peaceful and thoughtfully designed to benefit the eco-environment. We’re looking forward to returning and would highly recommend.

Great site - new facilities and tranquil & beautiful location. We had an amazing first family camping experience.
