Liked: Great location for coastal walks to Solva and St David's.

Warden was very friendly in greeting us which we have never experienced before and was very helpful with many things including directions to the coastal path.

Had a nice meal in the Ship Inn which had a limited menu but very nice.

Nice views from our pitch. And toilet/Shower block kept very clean.

Very quiet with no traffic noise.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike, next time we will come with a tow car so that we can explore the area more easily.

Liked: super clean facilities, everything spotless, a reflection of the hard work the two workers put in. The managing couple (whose names I forget) are very friendly and accomodating with lots of helpful information. The Paddock field is flat, the showers were always hot, within walking distance of Solva harbour and St David's. very good value.

Disliked: nothing really

Liked: Absolutely beautiful spot between cows and coast. Really helpful welcome to make sure we got set up ok and help with the things I forgot! Freezer and washing machine available which was great. And games room brilliant for the kids. Plus everything was super clean, toilet block was always looking good and shower was lovely. Add in the short walk to upper Solva and it was a perfect stay!

Disliked: Nothing. Should have booked a longer stay!!

Liked: Campsite was small and quiet which was lovely. The pitches were level which was very helpful. Everyone was considerate of other campers with no noise in the evening. Facilities like the showers and toilets were very clean and tidy. The lady that I think lives on site was cleaning regularly so this made them always pleasant to use. Never any bad smells anywhere. There was 2 lovely places to walk from the camp that we found. The airfield walk, this was a great place to let dogs run wild as it’s an un-used airfield so it’s huge. Then the walk down to Solva was pleasant, we walked to the harbour and then up a small cliff with a well kept pathway to make it safe. Places to drive too which were not too far was Newgale beach, it is dog friendly to the right of the blue flag and there is a small pay and display car park available too. Also Freshwater west beach if you are a Harry Potter fan you can visit Dobby’s resting place. I would highly recommend getting there as early as possible as there is a small free car park and gets extremely busy. We got there at about 11am and there was a couple of spaces left by this point.

Child friendliness isn’t something for us as we don’t have children but there wasn’t any entertainment on site and also asks about WiFi but it’s not something we needed.

Disliked: Genuinely there was nothing that we disliked

We have just come back from a 10 night stay at this lovely campsite. The pitches were a generous size. As there was no shade we went and bought a gazebo that fitted on our pitch as well as our folding camper, car and wind breaks. The toilet and shower blocks were clean and tidy. There are electric showers which are really good but they do get very hot. There was a washing up area inside where there was a washing machine and a freezer where you can freeze your ice packs. The one thing that we really liked about this campsite is that there were no tents or caravans in the middle of the field. This meant that children could play out safely and you could keep an eye on them from any of the pitches. While we were staying here we had some lovely sunsets. It was reasonably priced as well
with it being in August. The wardens were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back again in the future.

Liked: We had a great stay at Llanungar and would definitely come back again. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the site owner who was lovely and made us feel immediately welcome. The reception area and facilities are easy to access and had everything we needed, including a little kettle which we made good use of. One of the main things we liked was how clean the toilets and facilities were, it really stood out and shows how well looked after the place is. Because the regular tent field was closing for one day for maintenance during our stay, we were upgraded to the EHU field, and I have to say even though we don't use the electric hook up, we would still pay a bit extra to stay in the slightly larger and flatter field.

Liked: It was a excellent little site with wonderful friendly staff, who made themselves known to us on are late arrival and advised us on where we can move the next day for a better pitch.
All facilities where immaculate and was wonderful to see they where cleaned twice a day.
The location was excellent for walking or exploring, we loved being able to leave the van. The just being able to go off and explore.

Disliked: Nothing..

Liked: The site and facilities were immaculate the whole time (5 days) and constantly cleaned. The pitches were level, well spaced out, with decent hedges most of the way around to help with shelter. Super helpful and friendly couple running the site, and wide range of information easily available in the cabin. Location was very convenient for coast path and village facilities. Free WiFi which reached the tent! A kettle was provided in the washing up room for quickly boiling water, which I thought was a very nice touch, and certainly proved useful. Fairly small site.

Disliked: I was under the impression we would be able to select our pitch, but we were in fact allocated one. This worked out well this time, but it is often something which would put me off a site.
