Y'Gelli camping

Lovely 2 days camping at Y'gelli. I wanted the little ones aged 6-9 to experience camping in the wild. (With the luxury of a Bell Tent to make them feel safer).
The kids thought it was magical that they could roam the forest and sleep outside, listening to the wildlife and toasting marshmallows around the fire.

They enjoyed using their imaginations to create games, go trecking, build dens and be free. Newquay was a 30 minute drive and a beautiful beach. We spotted dolphins and swam in the sea. Returned to hot dogs, tea and more marshmallows.

Thank you to the lovely owners for making us and the children feel welcome and we will return!

Thank you so much we absolutely loved it...the owners were awsome, the views we absolutely beautiful ,we never had to lift a finger they took all of our luggage up,,will defiantly be coming back and recomending to friends and family

Fabulous location, friendly welcome. Great bell tents. All you need for a peaceful relaxing stay. Can't wait to go again.

Will definatly be returning in the summer. All the staff where so welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. Our tent was outstanding every thing we needed was provided and the little decorative touches made it very homely. We ordered food for breakfast and tea and couldnt find a fault food was delivered to our tent boiling hot and tasted amazing!. Perfect get away for a brake from day to day life. X

Tricky one this. Lovely hosts, well organised site, beautiful surroundings but one draw back. Depending on what site you have. The one I had was at the bottom and close to the main road which has a lot of traffic day and night. But I would stay there again

Brilliant for getting away from technology. Nice and peaceful. Very friendly owners. Going to definitely come back
