Liked: Very warm welcome, Grant couldn't do enough to help us despite clearly being very busy.

Great location and lovely site - arrangement of pitches gave plenty of space and still within easy walking distance of facilities.

Toilets and showers cleaned regularly and coped well with number of guests.

Disliked: Some of the music choices of other guests but not the campsite's fault ;)

Liked: When we arrived we received a very warm welcome with spacious pitches. We really liked where the site is situated and made a great base to go out and explore close to Bournemouth and Weymouth. We could see that every effort had been made to make our stay enjoyable with spotless showers and toilets. We will definitely book again in the future.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike we were very happy with everything

Liked: Very friendly welcome to the site, and was given the choice of pitches to best suit our needs. No loud groups on the site and facilities were clean and tidy. Location was great as only a short drive from the coast or the town.

Disliked: Would have been better if showers has a solid door as opposed to shower curtains. As a family with young children, it would have been good to have a play area or small park.

Liked: The owner was very friendly. The site is not too big and not too small. We camp when the school holidays is not yet started so the site was quieter but when the weekend started it got a little busier but the space is enough for everyone. You can also hire a pit fire kit for £10 a night which is really nice. The staff are really friendly and nice. The location is also perfect! It's close to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove! Just remember to wear hiking shoes when going to durdle door. I would recommend it and will definitely be back again.

Disliked: The showers are okay although its not a strong as id like to be. There's also no option for hot and cold so it's mostly warm water and you press it and it comes on for about 2 mins and you have to press it again. It's okay if you take a shower in the morning or evening but when you do it when you have 40 temp might be tough but it wasnt a big deal when we were camping because the weather isnt so bad. Although I would recommend to having seperate shower and toilet area as I think it wouldnt have enough showers especially if the site is full.

Liked: A lovely first camping holiday for our 10 month old, with mum, dad and dog. The pitch sizes were generous, flat. Open space, even when at full capacity, it was still quiet and spacious. Additional option for fire pit and kindling was a nice added touch. Close to a lot of local attractions, centrally located and less than half an hour to Durdle Door, Corfe Castle and Old Harry's Rocks.

Disliked: Our only 2 areas of improvement were toilet facility related: the smell of urine in the toilets was strong, could simply do with investing in some urinal cubes and a more regular thorough clean. The other thing was the loudness of the hand drier, we were pitched away from the toilets but did feel for those close, especially overnight. The driers were fantastic though, but would suggest having them only work in the day, on a timer so they don't work overnight and have towels as backups.

Liked: A terrific site, booked last minute on Pitchup for me, my wife and dog. A nice part shady, flat, electric pitch for our camper and driveway awning. A really peaceful site in beautiful countryside and close to all the Jurassic Coast attractions. We enjoyed an early morning dog walk for an hour or so.
All the facilities we used - toilets, showers, washing up area were clean and tidy, and we would love to return next time we are Dorset bound!

Disliked: (I actually liked this!) My wife and I are both on EE network, which had no coverage on the site, and I didn't miss phone calls, Facebook, or all the other social media at all, which added to the holiday experience! However, our neighbours who were popping in to feed our cat while we were away, tried to contact us both as they were having trouble with our front door lock! Thankfully all resolved, but just a heads up EE does not work very well and there is no site WiFi.

Liked: The pitches are well marked and pretty flat! We were lucky to have no one next to us but if we had the pitches are a good size and plenty of freedom to arrange things how you like. Water and hookup points are very close as it’s not a huge site. You’re left to your own devices and the odd person we did see was friendly and happy to help! Facilities are basic but pretty new and work well and are clean and well maintained. Perfect for a few days or if you like minimalistic and chilled

Liked: Very large pitches which were well maintained. The owner is very friendly and helpful and there was a lovely Atmosphere and feel to the site. The washing up area was well maintained and we never had to wait to do the dishes. There are plenty of toilets.

Disliked: The toilets and showers let this campsite down. It is obviously new but regular cleaning is a must especially when it’s so busy. This has the potential to be a fabulous campsite but the owner needs to look again at the regularity and thoroughness of its cleaning regime. There were a lot of campers and therefore the facilities were heavily used and it showed. This put me off booking again which is a shame as it’s in a lovely spot and has great potential.
