Painful.

Royal Mail strike is not the reason. Poorly packaged goods and from my experience its never been a pleasure to liaise with the person, there. Angry all the time so sadly, it rubs off on the customer. Customers are entitled to give feedback. I'm not going to be bullied on this. Thanks.
