I was recently introduced to Scentsy by the lovely Jo. Jo was exceptionally helpful and answered numerous questions for me. I have been introduced to a whole new world of the most amazing smells. I recently got wax warmer for my restaurant from Jo.After trying all types of scented candles and sprays I was surprised at how amazing these wax warmers were. My restaurant is smelling delicious everywhere. I am very fussy when it comes to buying anything. But Jo impressed me very easily not just with her products but with her service. She let me test the wax warmer for a week before I decided to place my order and when my order was taking time to come she gave me her own to use until She could deliver mine. I really like how jo builds authentic relationships with her customers and goes out Of her way to give them excellent experience. She’s the perfect example of the saying- “People don’t buy just products, people buy people”. Definitely going back to her for more wax warmers. Thank you Jo 🤗

Since virtually meeting Jo last year, I've placed a few order with her and always been totally delighted with my purchases. I really like that Jo has a totally non-salesy way about her, not too mention the fact that she always goes over and above for her customers. This was proved massively when a recent order I placed seemed to mysteriously disappear! It was for one of the more expensive products and I was more than a little concerned about what would happen. However, Jo took control of the situation immediately after I alerted her to the fact my product had not been delivered. I didn't have to do anything myself, which is just as well because I probably would've got very stressed out about the whole fiasco! Within a few days my products arrived safe and sound and I am thrilled with my order! The issue itself wasn't even with Scentsy, but the courier service, so really Jo could have said it was up to me to deal with it, but she didn't, her customer service is absolutely top notch and she's also a rather fabulous person! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to know more about Scentsy products have a chat with Jo, she really knows her stuff, won't pressure you to buy anything and she'll definitely make sure you're happy and well looked after!
