Good outlet store with an excellent choice. Discounts vary widely, with many small discounts and a few substantial reductions throughout the store. Does not stock the full range, as it is an outlet. My experience of Yankee Candles is that they are genuinely of better burning quality than many cheaper brands, and that the scents, although more subtle than some brands, do not fade as the candle ages.

Following several attempts to contact this company after ordering and paying for their products and without any delivery being received we have been totally ignored. I would strongly suggest that you do NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS with The Yankee Candle Company The Yankee Candle Company. Their after-sales service does not exist and we have no means by which we can get our money back. We are now considering contacting Bristol Trading Standards. The automated emails they do send cannot be responded to and there is no telephone number. We have placed a Christmas order with another company instead.

Visited today and I have to say the shop had a horrible atmosphere. If you can employ staff that are friendly and welcoming instead of glaring at you as you walk around as if your going to run off.. no welcome no customer service I quickly left without a purchase not pleasant !
