Opening hours say til 8pm yet I turned up at 6pm and it was closed! I suggest you update your opening hours online to avoid any further disappointment and bad reviews!

The times noted on the website are wrong. Showed up at 6pm and shop was shut with a sign saying the close daily at 5.30pm.

Up until recently I would have given a good review. Shopped here several times with nice, friendly service and some lovely little things at reasonable prices. However, my last few visits have unfortunately changed that.
As mentioned in other reviews the opening times are somewhat questionable! Twice I have looked online to check they are open and when I’ve turned up they’ve been closed/closing. They also have a telephone number listed online it’s not in use so you can’t call ahead to check either.
The customer service once a purchase had been made is very poor and nobody is interested in helping you.
Shame really as it’s a nice little shop but I won’t be back

In response: it was addressed with the manager, several times. Why assume it wasn’t?! Not a fake business at all, I was actually a loyal customer.

Why not take the bad reviews and learn from them instead of blaming everyone else? Your not coming across very well. I mean my review is not the only bad one here, is it?!

And please explain what benefit I get from this review?
