Sweets of Southwell

Great value treat for the kids. They had a small budget each, and could choose how to spend it. Sugar rush and mental arithmetic all in one. Brilliant. And the staff were so patient with them as they all worked out what they wanted. Would definitely go back.

This is an amazing sweet shop! Has a great collection and the nicest staff you’ll ever meet.For example: One time I was having problems with a wobbly tooth and they gave me a discount and tips on what sweets to buy to help get the tooth out and it worked.

content, quality and quantity all excellent. Lovely gift wrapping too, great attention to detail and a personalised gift tag too. Very impressed.

Was in here a few days ago while passing to just buy one sweet and found a load of vegetarian and vegan stuff and ended up buying a lot more than I was expecting. The guy in there was really helpful and suggested a few other sweets. All of them were really good.

Amazing little sweet shop with a wide selection of old favourites. I was after some bonfire toffee and they had some homemade. Friendly owners. Well worth a visit if your in the town.

EDIT: Per their reply, it is clear that they were unaware of my issue and were very kind to rectify my issue and allowed me to have some sweets on the house which is very kind considering what happened. I appreciate their consideration of my anxiety and the fact I struggled to voice my problem, it means a lot. Thank you, below you may find the outdated review but I do genuinely think that they are doing their best to run a company and their positive reviews do speak for themselves.

A real gem of a shop owners where helpful with a no problem attitude. I m glad to say good old customer service has not died. I will be back again and again.
