Went in for new plates, 1st chap I met very helpful, he referred my plate information to another Collegue, who basically was to engrossed in other things to properly deal with my enquiry, the information I had on me wasn’t sufficient, which I understood.So I then got an email with all the correct information, this however according to this second chap, still wasn’t enough.So left with no plates and this guy could barely lift his head to answer my enquiry.Anyway next day stopped by traffic police, when I showed them the second lot of information from dvla, they told me that was all the required information for new plates, £100 fine later, THIS IS WHY PEOPLE DONT ALWAYS SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES,just think even with or without the correct information , the customer servicewas appalling
