Excellent store, fully recommended. I somehow lost my oil cap!? How? Anyway, I discovered this before making a long journey on a Sunday and needed a replacement.. the larger car stores and a well known car part place couldn’t help, I stumbled upon this place via google. Thank goodness. They had one in stock that fitted my 2001 Golf! So grateful :)

Absolutely amazing, I ran this morning as my battered had died. The lovely man who answered the listened to my story and he said come up & I'll take a look. It was raining horribly but the lovely man fitted my new battery & got rid of the old one. He's lovely kindness made my morning. I would recommend 100% thank you

Was visiting Cardiff and had a battery problem. The guy was really helpful and let me check battery and charging. Strangely it all checked out. This meant I didn't buy anything from him. I would defo recommend this place for service though! Thank you!

Needed a new battery for my car which was stuck on the drive. Contacted by email in the evening, got a response and price back first thing.

Walked up in the afternoon fully intending to walk back with a battery, however the owner offered to deliver it to me later that day.
What more could you ask for! Amazing customer service.

Can't fault the customer service from this place, had to change my battery on my car, they helped me to change it too which was a task on its own. If left to me, most wires would have been pulled out, every bolt undone, engine probably drop on the floor lol then kick the car and break my toe! It didn't come to that thankfully even if it did test patience. Thank you for the help, it was really appreciated, I can not recommend them enough.

Every time I've been here the guys have been so incredibly helpful. So lucky to have this shop in our area.
