The Vauxhall service department has 2 of the best employees that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Both Kevin and Gary have been faultless over the past 6 years and the aftercare I have received has been second to none. They are genuinely passionate about their work and the service they provide. It's unfortunate that I have now got rid of my Vauxhall, so I will no longer have the pleasure of visiting the showroom.

Just purchased a used Citroen C3 Aircross from Citroen Pentagon. Callum was extremely helpful and very honest. He got us a great deal and the actual transition of trading my car was so smooth and easy. Viewed Sunday and picked up Thursday. Also noticed a small issue with one of the seats when test driving and Callum made sure it was sorted for us on collection day. Everything was great, very happy! Highly recommend!

I purchased a New Citroen C4 yesterday as a company car, I can only say the service provided by Liam in sales was exceptional.
His product knowledge is excellent as well the communication, this proved to be a smooth transaction, I would highly recommend this dealership.

For the past 5 years we have used Citroen vans but the service and reliability has been awful. All 5 of the Citroen vans have had issues with the AD Blue sensors that have needed to be replaced. On top of that you have to physically go in and book it in and they do not answer the phones.
We have spent in excess of £90K in the last five years and will not be using them after these vehicles go back. Do not use Citroen vans if you want your van on the road!

Disrespectful against customers property.
have done my annual service and MOT on December. When I received my car back, there was very strong smell of male perfume in the car. I am leaving this review week after the service and car still smells, it has made me a headache. It is very disrespectful against client to spray the perfume all around the customers car. I would not recommend this service.
