They booked the appointment and didn`t show. I spent 2h and 20 miles. In 5 hours they sent me the proposal "sorry, we missed the time. can to meet today?"

The guy said he needed to deduct 30 pound for an mot because it was due soon, not due until mid June.
Said he must discount one of my services because the service book wasn't written up properly however there was a bill that reflected the stamp.
Unfortunately seemed like he was looking for ways to devalue my car
