As a recently retired motor engineer/inspector/auditor for a major motoring organisation I have inspected prepared vehicles at Ashridge Vehicles for at least 14 years. As you can imagine I have seen various levels of competency at many different dealerships over the years, so when I needed to purchase a vehicle after losing the company vehicle I had no qualms about purchasing from Ashridge as I knew I would get a properly prepared vehicle at a decent price with friendly, professional service.
I had a specific quite rare vehicle in mind which Ashridge happened to have so I simply viewed and bought it.
Phil Cooper made the vehicle available at a pre arranged time for me to inspect and test drive with no sales pressure at all. Upon deciding to purchase the car Phil made the whole experience as hassle free as possible and provided updates as to progress.
The vehicle was ready, cleaned and fully prepared as arranged.

After searching high and low up and down the country for a perfect Range Rover Evoque, I finally found that perfect one.

Received an email from James an hour ago to say that the deposit is £500. Called up to make deposit payment to be told they’ve received a deposit from another customer. Didn’t have to decency to email or call me to let me know. Will not be buying a car from this company unfortunately.

My wife and I have just purchased a used Jaguar F Pace from Ashridge Vehicles. I can honestly say that the whole experience has been absolutely first class. Phil, James and their General Manager looked after us throughout. Super efficient, very friendly and extremely professional. Our car is 5 years old but looks and feels like a brand new one. Their preparation standards are excellent. My wife is delighted with her new car and so am I. Their website is also amazing, so easy to use and so detailed. Our car is exactly as described.
