Excellent, prior to any work being undertaken I explained the problems I had with the car. The next morning I was called with a quote and asked if I wanted to proceed. When I picked up the car all faults and how they were fixed were explained to me. It was all itemised on the invoice too. A most welcome bonus was how the car was washed, including the soft top. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff.

I arranged for Autopoint to investigate a warning light message on my diesel Scenic. They were very helpful but unable to reproduce the fault. Only charged for resetting the ECU unit. Thanks. Since then the fault has not recurred.

My local branch closed in Ilford and I was transferred to the Enfield branch this was not very good for me due to location added to this I was always kept waiting but I then discovered a more local Auto Point at Blackhorse Road. I always find staff friendly and helpful at Tottenham Branch very informative and very helpful keeping me informed all the way. I highly recommend the professional service this branch offers and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I've been coming here for over 4 years to get my car MOT'd. Not a large garage but very honest and do professional work. I travel all the way from NW London and totally trust them but they can get busy, so i always book in advance.
