Incredibly poor service. Gave me a price under the conditions I got a small blemish in the paint work sorted. Which I did. When I returned apparently the worker had never said this. And couldn't get any where near the price that was promised. I understand everyone wants the best deal. But I don't think lying to your customer and wasting their day is acceptable .

Sold my car here, quick and convenient. I was offered less than the online quote but that is part of their business model, you are effectively paying for a quick deal without the hassle of private selling - go in with reasonable expectations, my experience overall was good. If you want the best price for your car sell privately. If you want a great experience with a showroom and coffee go to a main dealer. If you just want rid of your car, some money in the bank and an easy life - go here.

Excellent sale. The young man was very professional and wasted no time in checking the car over. I paid the fee for immediate payment by bank transfer and was in my account within minutes. Would definitely use them again.

James was thoroughly professional and gave good customer care. Quite good price for car so no complaints.

The quote offered on their website seemed reasonable hence made the appointment. However the final price got knocked down 20% when met their people with the plan to sell. Apparently your car needs to be in perfect or show room condition, no marks no any work needed whatsoever. The website valuation is misleading and just underwhelmed by the whole experience which turned out to be a complete waste of time.

Waste of time. The website asks the condition of your car and supposedly bases the valuation on that. The price then got knocked down to almost half the price when i visited in person (apparently they only offer that price if the car is in 'perfect' condition). The website valuation is misleading and shouldn't take into account the condition of your car if the price doesn't actually reflect that. Big waste of time.

Avoid. Nothing wrong with the chap himself, he seemed like a nice guy. I just found the company practices to be awful.

Others have found the experience to be acceptable, but personally I do not like the old cons of pretending this is the last day the offer is valid before it goes down, deducting several hundred pounds because of a few stone chips etc.

I checked the valuation the day after I didn't sell the car to them, and surprise surprise the valuation had increased....

I just despise these sales techniques and the reductions in price are a joke. I know WBAC will not be unique in this regard, I'm sure all the similar companies do the same.

By all means give them a go!

They do what they advertise. Just be aware the valuation online is only an estimate, be ready for a different price when you arrive. Rightly so, more checks are carried out on site. Polite and friendly staff.
