I had my new used vehicle serviced and a new spare key made along with a repair to the indicator wiring - this was all done professionally and they couldn't do enough for me.
I will continue to use them for all things as I have for the last 8 years.

Very good comunication until I bought the car, a kia carens 7 seater and almost 0 after the sale was complete. I never thought that a car purchased from such a big company will come without any mats and parcel shelf, that will cost me £200 (or at least to be mentioned that the car comes without). Also I was told that the car will come with full service, the book has only one stamp from 2018. The car was advertised as having tyre pressure monitoring and HAC, but is no sign of this. I sent an email regarding all this 3 days ago and no reply. I will probably return the car, poor service, very disappointed with my experience.

They will tell you we dont sell liability , all cars are checked thoroughly , our profit is only £20 from this sale
Once you find any flaw and you ask for return , they will ask to resolve the issue legally

I always thought buying from big dealers would mean a peace of mind , but thats not the case anymore
