I couldn't have picked a better bunch of people to rescue us after I nearly reversed our car off the bank into Coniston Water! From moment they were engaged by our car warranty people they were incredibly reassuring and professional. I was flapping slightly and they put me at ease and kept us fully up to date with progress of our rescue. It turned out not to be as simple as first thought and required two winches to get us out but Gary and Paul were absolute legends and rigged up some multi-dimensional winching system that got the car out with barely a scratch. Ideally I won't nearly drive backwards into a lake again but if I do I hope it's somewhere Furness Cars covers!

Fantastic service . After hitting a pothole in Windermere , bursting and damaging 2 tyres. They recovered the car as agreed . The main dealer could't sort for over two weeks! Furness Cars had tyres ordered, fitted within 48hrs. Suspension alignment , tyres, and Mot done within a week at a competive price. Communication and paperwork all sorted on collection. Having got my car stuck on boggy land and being unable to be recovered on Friday night, Gary recovered the car on Saturday he was very patient and understanding and explained how to drive back of the land highly professional
