This crook sold me a Volvo V60 that on inspection was found to have substantial faults that were beyond economic repair. I contacted them to exercise my rights to a refund and to-date, they have refused to respond to this which at the time of writing necessitates a response with legal action.

I contacted Autotrader to ascertain the original advert for the vehicle and although it was not marked as 'spares or repairs', having taken payment for the vehicle and completed they paperwork for it, the dealer subsequently stampted the invoice 'spares or repairs' which is obviously sharp practice and a clear attempt to evade their obligations.

Additionally the well-known company that inspected the vehicle suspect the catalytic converter had been tampered with and that a reputable dealer would not have sold it.

No-one who answers the phone at this business seems to work there or give the details of the company's sole director. If anyone's interested, having followed the company number on their website, the company's director is Carl Saggers. Very bad custormer service, bought a car there and developed a fault that was covered under warranty. However the warranty service never respond leaving the customer to face the bill. Im not sure who regulates this company as they are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), if anyone knows get in touch.

Went there to check out one BMW 3 series for sale, after inspecting car closed car was after flood and engine was knocking very bad.... con artist....
