Bristol Street Motors Peugeot Harlow

We purchased this lovely little mini countryman at Bristol Street Motors Harlow in Nov 2021. It was the first time that we had purchased a car from a main dealer. We were assisted by Louise Wood who was a relatively new employee at the company. If she is a guide to their training, Bristol Street will do very well in Harlow. If she was unsure she checked, was extremely courteous and polite and we think she went above the call of duty to ensure that we were happy with the car. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure not to have a pushy salesperson.
The only problems we had were that she was let down by her valeting team who unfortunately didn't take as much pride in their work as Louise did. This issue was dealt with by Richard who was also very professional in his manner. We would thoroughly recommend the sales team and I am sure that Richard will get on top of the other departments so that future customers will have no complaints at all.

I was a bit nervous given it's my first car but he made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had.
