Online valuation was a good figure when they looked at my car they only offered half of it and then made it seem they were doing me a favour. Got the impression the person I saw thought I should be grateful for the offer so I walked away with no deal. Would not recommend or go to them again. Should be we buy any car but only at really low prices

What it started with a fair quote, ended up almost half the price in reality. Right at the start when I arrived at the local branch, because I booked the 6th day after I started the process, the price wasn't valid anymore as it was outside of 4 day validity period. So out of nowhere the new quote is down £300 with no explanation on why that's happened (no other details have changed). I have included damages in my original evaluation but somehow they found many others which are invisible really but just normal wear and tear with the vehicle of that age. After they did their magic and found countless "chips" to the paint, the new quote was half of what we started with. I was really shocked... do they expect that the car was in a "collector condition" and had never been used? I was expecting some minor deductions but not half. It was a no-brainer to understand that this company is a hoax and they want to take advantage of people that are desperate for cash. Of course, I did not go ahead and I will never trust them again.

Sold my car here. The man who works here was very pleasant to deal with. The things he was saying to me sounded honest. He offered me a higher price than what their system was saying. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about. The service was fast and efficient from him. I was there no more than 20 minutes.

Do not waste your time with this company. They start with an OK quote to get you hooked but when you go to their "inspection" the final price plummets for no valid reason. I've got deducted more than £2K because of invisible marks and "chips" on the bodywork. I sold the car for way much more than they quoted me originally in within 2 days for a more than fair price not for peanunts.

Although we had to wait 30 minutes after our appointment time to be seen (hence, 4 stars instead of 5), once we started the service was quick and friendly. We got a fair price for our car and there was no pushy sales talk. Would definitely use again. Really simple process.

Experience is okay, the price was more than I expected from these guys although I do believe the car was worth more if I were to sell it privately, which would always be the case. The “salesman” although I do not hold it against him was a little ignorant and quite belittling at times, however towards the end he came through with the help of a colleague so maybe just inexperienced. The paperwork side of things took a long time, considering I had already visited on a previous day and they had already checked through it all, i would have assumed that the length of time WBAC have been running they would of had a better system in place. I will also say I had to spend 30mins standing in the blazing sun with no escape whilst all of this was being carried out, never mind the guys that work in the portacabins with no A/C.

Very easy to deal with and big shout out to Darren who's an absolute gent and pleasure to do business with. Made the whole process simple and gave me a really decent offer. I'll miss my little Kia.
