Happier Cars

Having recently purchased a BMW from these guys I felt I needed to post a review. The team at Happier Cars provided outstanding service from start to finish. Joe was my main point of contact throughout and he couldn't do enough to deal with all my questions and requests. The test drive included local roads and motorway driving which allowed me to feel comfortable with the car and to really get a feel for it. The agreed sale price was fair and honestly reflected the market value. In short, I unreservedly recommend this company.

These guys contacted me on FB marketplace offering to sell my car for me after seeing my advert. They take a fixed fee of £1200 once the car is sold. They take photos of your car in their showroom, and you can keep your car if you need to until they have someone coming to look at it, where all viewings have to be done at their showroom.

They were always prompt to bring my car back after a viewing, and after the car sold the money was in my account on they day they promised.

I dealt with Josh from start to finish who was fantastic. I chased up what was happening a fair bit. So sorry if I drive him mad! He was always polite and easy to deal with

Got my first car from here, could not be happier with the service and how professional and quick everything was done! As it was my first car, I didn’t knew a lot of details but they explained and done so much for me. Everyone there is very friendly and definitely made my experience as smooth as it can get. Thank you Happier Cars! 😊 so i had my car on auto trader for around 6 weeks with no luck and then i received a call from Ian at Happier cars. At first i was a bit nervous when getting called from sales persons through my auto trader add but after they explained everything i was happy to go ahead and let them sell my car. Went down they took some pictures and was sold within one week and i got £200 more than it was advertising for on auto trader. Thanks Guys will deffently sell with you guys again in the future was so easy. 😉

Steve contacted me when I was trying to sell my car through Autotrader, it had been online for about 3 months, and explained the service his company provided. I was intrigued and set up a meeting at their showroom in Harlow. Its a great showroom with fantastic cars. They went through the process and I agreed to sell my car through them. This was the Saturday and by the Monday my car was on numerous sites gaining views. Within two weeks someone had viewed my car and a few weeks later my car was sold! At first I was dubious as the initial phone call was out of the blue but having since worked with them would recommend them to any one who is looking to sell their car. Never used these guys before and if I am honest was a little nervous, was I doing the right thing. I had nothing to worry about, the service was first class, car was sold in good order and would definitely use their service again. Happy days.
