Stoneacre Chesterfield - Volvo Cars

Car needed attention to a small problem. Attended at 08-05, I was early not problem. We went through the car issue and by 08-20 I was seated in he service waiting area with a cup of coffee. The staff were excellent keeping me informed on what the diagnostic feed back was, and the next actions. On completion the car was returned with a complete feed back on what the engineer had done. All-round this was a first class experience for me as the customer from all the staff at Stoneware Volvo thank you.

I bought my first Volvo 3 years ago after moving back to the U.K. Having not lived in Chesterfield for 15yrs I had no idea where to go for a service so decided to go to the Stoneacre Volvo dealership. Normally, big dealerships make me nervous, lots of jargon that I don’t understand but straight away, Neil put me at ease. He was friendly, easy to talk to, explained everything to me without making me feel intimidated and he also took the time to chat to my 9yo son who absolutely loves cars. This made his day! I have been coming back here ever since and know that I am in good hands with Neil and my kids even look forward to seeing him now.

Bought my S90 from Chesterfield, Nico looked after me, but all the staff there were fantastic. nothing was too much trouble and they worked with me to be able to buy the car I wanted at a price that was within my budget. I won't go anywhere else from now on and would recommend to anyone wanting a new car.

Recently took delivery of a new V60. Lead time was long (about 7 months, but then what new car isn't these days?) but I was kept well informed of progress through the build process. I was already a Stoneacre customer having had a Seat Leon on lease, also from the Chesterfield branch, and when it became apparent that the V60 may not arrive before the Seat's return date Luke and the team stepped in to make sure I had a loan car to get around in for those few weeks. Great service, and the handover of the new car was smooth as you like.

Great experience at Volvo as per usual. I bought my first used car from here several years ago and sadly it was written off in a crash. The team at Chesterfield found me a new car in no time and were very flexible with my busy work hours and easy to work with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Having bought 2 motorcycles and a Suzuki from the Stoneacre Chesterfield group they were a natural choice. Sal is a great salesman who has given us a huge amount of support during our purchase of a C40. Without him and the administration team we would have backed out.

My husband has just purchased a car from this dealership. We went for a test drive on Sunday. After chosing the car he wanted, it was important that we had the car ready by Wednesday. Nico went above and beyond to ensure we had it in time and to an excellent standard.
