I have been a customer of CSG for over 20 years and have always been very pleased with the service and helpfulness of the staff. Although they have been through several changes of name, some of the staff have remained. Thanks in particular to Ken, who has just retired, for his many intances of help and advice on the extras that I have bought for the various models of Citroen over the years.
I will continue to use CSG for my servicing and look forward to their new range of Toyota & Lexus models when I change my car.

The service of the staff were 11out of 10. They were very helpful, understanding, supportive, attentive and very kind. Twice my family have had business with them and both times we received an excellent service. I would highly recommend them. I would like to give a special mention to Jonty, who was outstanding. THANKYOU!

Popped in on a weekday afternoon and chatted to Chris. Lovely guy, no pressure and was able to fairly assess the car I had gone to view. Recommended garage - thanks!

Professional from start to finish .... bought my first used vehicle through the CSG Motor Company; from start to finish it has been an amazing experience. Car put through MOT, spotless, serviced and contained a warranty. Had to exercise the Warranty option, which was hassle free and actioned without hassle. I have no hesitation in recommending this group to a would-be-buyer and would use them again. Thank you Management and staff

Got Volvo v90 from them few months back. Car arrived dirty inside and outside - not valeted at all. Alloys were refurb as they promised but paint start peeling off after a month. When this was raised they told me to come back and they can have a look at it. Brill but driving from Edinburgh is a last thing I would like to do. Staff I must say is very polite(Jonty) but not willing to do anything after car is purchase. Once they have your money they not interested do deal with you.
Iam was happy to refurb alloys locally and send them an invoice but they still insist this is my fault that the paint is peeling off.
If I knew I would ask for discount and do the alloys with company around here.

Would not recommend

The dealership is an ok dealership if there is nothing wrong with the car you are buying and if there is anything wrong then without hesitation they will take it back in for repair and give you a courtesy car. That’s where the good side stops, the repairs done on my car were bodged and I was told we’re fixed. The wrong seat belt was fitted to one of the rear seats and works intermittently, the rear wiper didn’t make contact with the window, the engine serges and the sliding door has a contact issue so whilst I’m driving an open door warning comes up and when I try to lock it the alarm goes off so I have to turn the internal sensors off when locking the car which of course means it’s not protected to possible theft. After the second time back to CSG and still having the problems I am now not wasting my time with them and having to get the items fixed myself at additional cost. The vehicle is a ten years old and yes will have issues but if you’re a dealership then these issues should be fixed prior to selling the vehicle on and not bodged in the hope that the customer gives up. Jonty can come across as rude sometimes, I did think the same on two occasions but I think that’s just his manor and he doesn’t actually mean it or even doesn’t realise he comes across that way. As I said at the beginning, if there’s nothing wrong with the car you’re buying then CSG is a good platform to buy from, I of course want nothing more to do with them.
