Excellent Customer Service even though I had to wait over 2 hours for MOT I was informed in advance of the wait.
There was a cosy waiting area with tea/coffee on tap.

MOT and additional checks were done to satisfactory.

Good Customer Service by Tyler, he was most helpful and even came out in the cold to demonstrate the reasons for non-repairs and so on.

After dreadful treatment from Wilsons Jeep in Epsom I now rather drive to Dartford for my Jeep Services!

Politely greeted. Kept updated.
Would have liked more information on the estimated length of time the recall update would take at the booking stage, this would changed my decision on staying & waiting.

Renault Ancaster is a calm and relaxed place. All our questions and queries were answers fully by Richard and Sunny who were both so very helpful. Sunny in particular was great. this was my first financed car and my experience was positive. Sunny was very knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had. He was the first salesman to offer an alternative car to what I was looking at and I can say I am 100% happy he did.

Simon (site manager) was highly recommended by a family member. Since meeting Simon he has been nothing but incredible! We’ve purchased two cars from Simon and we’ve been so happy with the whole process and the cars ever since. We recently met Jhoan whilst purchasing our AMAZING Hyundai Tucson! Jhoan, just like Simon was incredible! He was so helpful, very supportive and understanding! It was an amazing experience overall. We’re customers for life and directly going through the team at Dartford every time!

It was a pleasure to visit Ancaster Renault Dartford. Our salesman Jack Self made sure we got to test drive the new Megane as soon as it was available. He was friendly and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. He was a big part of our decision to buy from this dealer rather than one closer to home.

Cars sold here are unsafe and not fit for purpose. Driving down the motorway in a abarth recently bought from here when the mirror glass comes out of the wingmirror and starts scratching/smashing the side of the car up with glass going everywhere. If the window was down shards of glass would have gone in our eyes. Rang up this garage as we bought the car from them and they were rude on the phone and just kept saying not covered under warranty, almost finding the situation funny. AVOID this place at all costs and don't buy a Fiat. Car now needs the door resprayed and the window changed all at our expense. Funny thing is this mirror always would shake, now I have changed it the mirror is solid so not correctly fitted from factory but not under warranty is ridiculous.

Brought in the car to replace gas lifts in the boot which completely stopped working, Car is still under warranty. First they said they to bring car for diagnostics (like you need diagnostic to figure that boot doesn't stay open), nevertheless, took day off work, brought the car in, diagnostics confirmed that gas lifts are not working and parts were ordered, expected to arrive in 1-2 days.
Two weeks later and no parts, no updates, no communication whatsoever, except one text last week to advise parts not arrived, and only after I called for the update.

I don't have time to chase the part calling a dealer every day, and expected much better service and communication from Ancaster.

*Update: several weeks later the part arrived and was fitted when the car was brought in for service.
