Swale Car Shop has missold us a cat s as full road worthy, a criminal offence, now left without a vehicle for weeks. Do not buy from here or via carfinance247

Can’t understand the other reviews I’ve seen about this place, recently brought a car which I believe was under market value, good mileage and an all round nice car. Both dealers I had spoke to were friendly helpful explained everything thoroughly, I had a question about the car the day after purchase and they answered the phone fast and told me what I needed to hear. What more can you ask for.

I bought a car from them and they said it will be serviced with oil change and filters. Haha not done I checked it and the oil was low and not changed and the air filter was dirty and definitely no new oil filter. I guess I was lucky because the car is reasonable just needs some TLC. But really I would avoid this dealership at all costs, cowboys. Remember your rights you can get your money back if it's not as described or has a problem not pointed out at the time of sale. You have 14 days to get a full refund as long as you return it in the same condition as mis sold do not pay cash use debit or credit card

I purchased my zafira from Swale car shop last month after a long search for a suitable family car I spoke to Swale I was greeted by a very helpful team and salesman. Very happy with my new car and the customer service I received. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou all at Swale Car shop .

Do not buy from this place, they sell dodgy cars. Do not respond to there emails, and do not like to comply with there warranty. They say the car is serviced when it isn’t, the car I bought the oil was black and there wasn’t any anti freeze/coolant in the car either.

This place has a wealth of cars but with only 1 guy available to help/sell he's under a lot of pressure and needs to get his ducks in line. Information needs to be more transparent and clarified before being given. I'd say buy if you like something, but treat it as a private sale.

DO NOT SKIP THIS REVIEW. I thought I was savvy and not easily conned. I never submit in depth reviews but this time I feel I must. Finance approved on a vehicle I wanted and agreed on, I paid a DEPOSIT and the FINANCE COMPANY also paid the full amount to Swale car shop, I even paid for a new insurance policy. I never even had the chance to pick the car up, every day was a different excuse, lie and lie, excuse after excuse, weeks have passed. The car was still up for sale on eBay, FB, and the company website the whole time, even after being paid for, and still is The only time I ever received a phone call was to pay the deposit after that not once was I called back after DAILY enquiries, how these people are still in business is a mystery. PLEASE STAY CLEAR of Swale Car Shop/Auto Sales. BILL will promise you everything but deliver nothing these people have cost me a lot of hardship and money without even a phone call or an apology. It may seem a bargain but it will not be, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Avoid like the plague, absolute scam merchants.
Salesmen sold my elderly parents a car, which subsequently broke down on first day, the garage were unable to resolve the issues or offer an alternative and a refund was requested. Refund was not received, despite promises that it would take no more than 48hrs, until after the issue was reported to the police/trading standards & county court action was initiated.
