Amazing service provided!

After trying other companies and being let down with them not showing up or offering a lot lower than standard for my car Remove My Car really amazed me with how fast and prompt they where.

Within the hour of entering my details on their website I was called and had a time confirmed for collection and a good offer for my car. Adding onto the fantastic experience the money went into my account promptly too.

The person who collected my car was awesome. When I advised him I would have to keep him waiting for 20 minutes due to being stuck in work he was happy to wait.

I hope I don't have another car that needs scrapping again for a few years but if I do i'll use them again for sure.

10/10 would recommend to anyone.

really poor service told be the collection was from 7-4 so i had to take a day off waiting around for them to show. finally picked up the car at 3:30 the guy really didn't care then i was told the money will be in my account end of day but then it hadn't even been sent to my account a day later then the guy phoned and was like its 3 days..... i was like you brought the car you should pay for the car that day to be honest. still waiting to get paid poor service the lady on the online chat seems really helpful though and is going to give me a call to make sure the payment has been sent to my account however they shouldn't use agencies if they can not communicate between each other it was like a company called k recycling so poor

Honestly can’t fault the company. Great communication from the collection driver, removed my car by himself from my drive even though it didn’t start, no complaints. All very quick, got my quote and they collected the car the next day. Money in my account the next day before 5pm, same price as given on quotation, overall very easy process. Thank you 😊

Really pleased with the way the company handled the whole process of scrapping my car. They lived up to the promise of offering the best price. Once I submitted my details, I later got a call and they were happy to pick up at a preferred time and place! The handover was professional. The scrapper took down my bank account details, filled in the V60 and carried my car away. The next morning I thankfully received full payment!

Booked it online and got a call to arrange collection very quickly. The car was picked up on time and I was paid on the same day for a very good price. The car has also been properly scrapped and remove from dvla website. Was a very easy process and everything was done professionally and legally.

TIME WASTERS - don't bother !

I would actually give NO STARS, if that option was available, so dreadful is the service and attitude of this outfit!

On 03 June I was given an offer and the announcement, my car would be collected soon. Today is 13 July and I haven't received any payment and the car is still blocking my path. After about four weeks I send an e-mail and asked about the status. After that I was suddenly bombarded with mails from this company, claiming I had cancelled the deal - which I have not done! All MY e-mails remained unaknowledged and when I phoned, the relevant person was allegedly never available - would call me back however - as soon as possible. No such phonecall ever occured.

Bottom line: untrustworthy, unprofessional, rude bunch. Don't bother.

Very quick and easy! Got my car picked up a few days after submitting it online! Lovely man who came to pick it up, very polite o the phone. Got my cash the next day⭐⭐⭐
