We Buy Any Car Wimbledon

Was treated professionally and efficiently by a lovely guy whose name has slipped my mind. Sale was quick and the funds were in my bank account within minutes. Also took care of reregistration with the DVLA, so all I had to do was cancel my insurance and AA membership. Would highly recommend We Buy Any Car.

I took my car to Wimbledon branch on Saturday 11/06/2022, the branch manager Lee James was very helpful and professional. He went through the process very efficiently and retrieved my quote of £9876 for VW Polo, he also told me that this quote is valid until Tuesday 14/06/2022 as stated on the online system.
Since I had outstanding finance on car and I didn't have clearance letter from finance company, I had to take the car back on Monday 13/06/2022. But when I got there I was quoted £8982 (£900 less than 2 days ago) instead of the original quote of £9876.
Lee was shocked so was I as I was still within my price promise from 2 days ago. Lee did his best to retrieve the original quote of £9876 but system didn’t allow him.
He tried numerous times to contact his managers and support staff to help him with this situation and got through to someone called Masum Miah if I remember correctly after 15 skype calls. The guy was absolutely useless and had very condescending tone, Lee mentioned to him that he is with a customer for last 30mins and trying to get this sorted but instead of him helping Lee he started asked him why did he call 15 times! This is an absolutely shocking attitude from who I think is a regional or seniors manager.

After trying for 45 mins Lee called another person who had the same unprofessional attitude, who then told Lee that my price promise has ended even after Lee explained to him that system showed Tuesday 14/06/2022.

I had to sell my car so I can pay for a new one as seller had given me until Tuesday 14/06/2022 to make the payment. I had to sell my car for £900 less than I was originally quoted.

Lee James was absolutely amazing but the system, managers and the support staff were horrendous and reason why I’m out of pocket by £900.

Nice and simple. Fare price paid and a charming young man to deal with.

Very efficient, friendly and quick service, just a shame the online quote was for a 'showroom condition' car, which is impossible for an old car.

A shame to offer our wonderful Fiat Panda for sale here. The staff member was perfectly reasonable but do be aware that the quoted price might not be the one offered when you turn up.

Lee at Wimbledon branch who valued my car was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He explained everything clearly. Patient and very honest about the process. Absolute gem and great asset to WBAC. Always daunting to sell your car but not any more.
