Dishonest and Untrustworthy

Bought a car from Blueline Autos and had a terrible experience. I had to return it and get a refund after 5 days because an engine light came on whilst driving. I took the car to a trusted local mechanic, who said I should take the car back straight away and get my money back as there was a serious engine fault that would cost hundreds to repair. I took the car back and received a partial refund but the owner of Blueline insisted on holding two hundred pounds until I returned with the log book which he had sent to the DVLA. Also, when I viewed the car I was told there were 2 keys, however, when I collected it the following week he said there was only 1 and tried to deny ever telling me there were 2 keys, despite 3 people witnessing him say there were 2 keys to the car.

You put your trust in people and do not expect to be ripped off and lied to. I would not recommend to anyone, find another dealer and stay well away.

Purchased a car and within 5 days it completely broke, I look it to a garage who had a look and he said to get an immediate refund due to the car being unsafe to drive. After paying to have the car taken back I was greeted by the owner and 3 other men who were trying to intimidate me and tell me that their was nothing wrong with the car at all even tho the wiring loom, alternator, engine, coolant system and wiring chain were all not working properly . He refused to give me a full refund and told me ‘what do I expect buying a car from a dealer‘, well I at least expect it to work For longer than 5 days. With this he only gave a percentage of what I paid and was very rude and arrogant, not a single apology. I told him that it’s illegal what he’s doing and he told me if I want I can take him to court and he won’t pay me back at all, so I took what he offered back and left. I would never ever trust this man! Save yourself the drama.

I brought my Vauxhal Corsa from Blueline Motors and have been very happy with my car. Was exactly what I needed, and the dealer was honest and friendly.

First thing is there is no company name above the show room so you don't know if or the right place. You phone them at 10am when they say they open and don't get a reply to gone 11. Not the best start. And makes me think that something not right. Just do your homework people.

Bought a Vauxhall Combo from Blueline Motors last week the van is brilliant and Mr. Pravin is very helpful and polite a pleasure to do business with I have recommend him to my builder mates thanks again 👍

I would highly recommend. A good range of quality cars and a sincere and honest style of business. I had a small issue a few weeks after purchase and was very happy with the resolution. A great pleasure to do business with.
