We Buy Any Car Bromsgrove

The staff at this branch, Benjamin, Nigel and James are great. They’re all very professional, helpful and courteous. They welcome you every time and do their very best for you within the constraints of what the ‘we buy any car’ system will allow, I couldn’t fault them. The company however I do. Anyone going to this company to sell a car understands that they will end up with bottom book price (or below) for their car, because of this the money should be paid/transferred immediately. What this company does is charge you £25 if you want the money straight away, if you don’t pay this they deliberately wait for four days to transfer you the money. This in my opinion takes advantage of vulnerable and desperate people. Hence the two star rating. This rating in no way reflects on the staff at Bromsgrove ‘we buy any car’ who are all brilliant.

Went on to get an offer for my car 1 year ago since then they wont stop emailing me, when I tried to unsubscribe it says my email is not recognised , absolute pests !!

The lady was first class, couldn't fault her.
A bit disappointed that 5 months from an MOT was classed as 'nearly running out' but aside from that it was a smooth transaction

I have just sold my car to We buy any car, and I was told “don’t do it”, and “they’ll rip you off”, and quite honestly those comments are far from the truth. The whole experience was quick and easy, and I was given a fair price for my car. I was told everything that was going to happen, and was in and out in 20 minutes or so. Don’t get put off by the ‘know it all’s’, do what is right for you.

Quick easy, better offer than other companies. Be aware though that the price they offer is for a pristine, just come off the forecourt car. Money comes off for stone chips etc. Still worked out better than going anywhere else and would definitely recommend and use again.

Offered me a good, fair price on my car.. once there for an evaluation they offered me almost £1,500 less than the online evaluation even though the car was in perfect condition..
Took it to the Stourbridge WBC and got offered almost £800 more.
