Showroom on Berkeley Square is great. The stock is well presented and intelligently done allowing you to view a variety of features and finishes. The staff are helpful and polite and truly knowledgable. Sarah is particularly helpful, efficient and totally blew me away with her in depth knowledge and desire to please. John was also very helpful and everyone seems to go above and beyond which is what you would expect from Rolls Royce. Will definitely be going back!

Purchased a almost new BMW 218 from the Reading branch I would like to thank John Gedes and Kate Green for an outstanding service .If you are thinking of buying a car I would recommend HR Owen the car is fantastic so well turned out and the above staff had everything in place when I collected the car .HR Owen should congratulate them for outstanding service thank you again .

I bought a Maserati Ghibli from H R Owen, the quality of the car is a joke and the treatment from Maserati and their "after sales" has been and continues to be shockingly bad. In the unlikely event this changes I will update this post. Sadly I can't leave a 'no' star rating!

I bought a Vintage Ferrari here to be serviced. They then proceeded to drill into my petrol tank during the installation of a Fire Extinguisher and try to say there was a fuel leak and make me pay for the repairs. Only when I insisted upon inspecting the car did they come clean and admit their mistake. They then installed a timing belt incorrectly and caused the valves to bend and try to hide their mistake. They refused to accept responsibility and offered me less than 30% contribution to the repairs another Ferrari garage wanted to put it right as I would not trust them to do the job. Now I am going to have to take them to court to recover my money despite video and photo evidence and another garage confirming that they are at fault. If you care about your car do not bring it here under any circumstances. The work you think is being carried out correctly is not. They are rushing cars and your safety could be at risk. This dealership only cares about profit and anyone that has been to collect their car from service knows it looks more like a supermarket with people in and out and cars off and on ramps with no care and consideration. You bring your pride and joy here expecting the best service but what you get is far from it. I can assure you that as some point that someone is going to have an accident because of their botched work. The garage I took it too was shocked by the poor quality of work. For your safety even if it means travelling further or having your car collected by another garage do not come here. I do not want someone get hurt. Please share with as many people as possible and I only can hope that Ferrari Head quarters who I have contacted takes some action.

Wrong price!! The car that I wanted to buy is around 50k but the staff told me it was 80k. Terrible place, they would talk to you according to your appearance and colour.
Nice cars, bad staff. I'm definitely not doing business with them.
