Went to Ewell branch to sell my car today. Was met by a very police, friendly salesman who valued my car, checked all the paperwork and gave me a good price. The deal was done and dusted in about 30 mins. and I recommend this service highly.

The whole process was quick and easy. The customer service was great when I arrived. I didn’t get a huge amount for my car and think the £49.99 fee for selling your car is a bit steep but I just wanted rid of the car so wasn’t a huge inconvenience to me. I would definitely recommend using them if you’re trying to get rid of your car in a quick, hassle free way.

Polite agent. Bit steep charging £280 plus for 3 little paint chips. But price was acceptable. Easy transaction completed in less than half an hour

Deducting £1800 for the smallest (superficial) scratches is slightly outrageous so no, not great service and be ready for them not to offer you anywhere near they initially evaluate your car for!
