I wouldn't buy a car from here, or a Citeron with warranty if you live anywhere near here and expect to use this dealership for any warranty issues.

I had a two year old Citeron, with less the 35,000 on the clock, with an engine fault, still under warranty, and my car wouldn't run.

When I called the book in my car to get the warranty issue resolved, I was treated like a second-rate person and told it would be one month today until they could even look at the issue.

Furthermore, I have used this dealership for the servicing to keep my warranty valid.

My warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on. I suggest you buy a different brand of car from a different dealership

From the outset, Ryan and Georgia have been very helpful in terms of getting my first car, a used Citroen. All very relaxed, and helped me decide I wanted it - and when there were a couple of very minor niggles in the first few weeks of ownership, they moved heaven and earth to sort for me.

Appalling, if I could score less, I would! I tried to book in my partner for a warranty call, and was told many weeks in advance. I called back later and asked if I could book as a private customer and was told a date much sooner in advance. They want your money, but do not want to honour their commitments to customers who have an existing product. POS dealership, I would avoid.
