Amazing customer service, answered all the questions I had related to the cars cheap and affordable car’s definitely will come back in the future.

I bought a ford fiesta from them for £6000, the car didn't start the first day and he told me that the car wouldn't start since it was cold, it didn't start again, I called him, he hung up on me, he said that he sells 1000 cars a day and that he doesn't have time and that they are throwing money in my face, you don't read the good comments, they are also given by them, I asked for a refund and they kept lying to me and hung up my phone, I received a refund of £5700, they took £300 for nothing

Please, do not buy a car from them , it was my first high purchase, but the car u bought started giving me problems after 1 month. When the machine did the diagnosis on my car , he said there are fault main is hybrid battery and when he checked. The hybrid battery was replaced. Machine told me it would cost almost £4000 to replace the battery. I spent £11000 to buy the car. Now £4000 more to repair. It is my biggest loss ever in just 1 month

Shameful company, they will sell you a faulty car and expect you to fix any problems through the extended warranty. The extended warranty company they put you on to has low ratings and many complaints about the company refusing to pay claims. They also have a cap of £1000 per claim, which didn't help much when the car I purchased from this company revealed it's mechanical fault which I was quoted over £3000 to fix. Obviously the dealership took no responsibility for this. I only had the car for 9 months before it was un-drivable. I should have fought more on this, this was my 4th faulty car from a dealership and I had just had enough. I scraped the car and got on with my life. I wish I took legal action against these crooks as I have lost out on thousands. I am in a better place mentally but it hurts that these people have gotten away with ripping me off.

I will add pictures of the dealership when I can to help warn off others.

If you value your money, DO NOT BUY cars from here! I had the worst experience with them, the people working here are very rude, they are shouting to customers, they don’t have any idea about customer service, they are hiding the real issues saying that the cars are in a perfect condition. After you sign the contract, they don’t want to be responsible for anything, even if they sold the car with problems already.

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE! All the cars have MAJOR issues, they are lying that the cars are perfect and after you buy it, they never answer to you back. The staff working there is rude, if you call to ask about any information they are shouting on the phone, I had the worst experience from my life. I will never come back here!

Avoid to buy any car from this company!!! They are trying to cheat you, the cars are not checked before selling, the cars have a lot of hidden issues.The staff is very very rude and if you call to complain, they hang up the phone.

STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SELLING FAULTY CARS WHICH ARE WORKING JUST FOR FEW DAYS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED!
