Very friendly service. Derek was the one who delt with all my queries and eventually sold me a lovely 3 year old cab in mint condition and with only 30000 miles! Had it for only 3 months and its amazing to drive. Costing me only £30/35 a week and probably the best decision I've ever made!

Was so happy with the level of service I finally received from a dealer! Dali made sure everything went smooth and flawless and kept me up to date as the day progressed! Wouldn’t use anyone else

I just called this branch of LEVC to inquire about an extended warranty for my vehicle which is nearly 4 years old.
The gentleman who I spoke to in sales was extremely rude , telling me flatly and abruptly that they did not do extended warranties and why don’t I go to Brewery Road where I’d bought the vehicle.

I explained that I’d read on various forums that 2 year extended warranties were available to purchase and he just kept saying, very abruptly, that that was not the case. I asked for his name as I didn’t appreciate his ‘customer service attitude’ and he just put the phone down.

I will not be using be using this branch of LEVC for anything at all. No future purchase…no after sales service. Neither would I recommend them to anyone.

Thank you LEVC for getting my cab sorted, came in with a knocking noise and was diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours.

Very good to deal with, I have been dealing with Chiswick since I bought my first electric cab in 2019, very accomadating and professional with the personal touch. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

manjit was helpful overall and professional. the only thing that i would have liked him to have done right at the beginning explaining a bit more about the deal that i was getting. at the beginning very polite and did call me many times which was very good.

Stay away from this garage. I HAD SO MUCH FRUSTRATION from these people that I prefer to travel to east London for warranty repair and not go there even though I live west. And the funny thing is that last time I went there, they asked me to leave good feedback on Google..... crazy
