Absolutely fantastic service shown by Chris on first contact and then by Tony Shum when getting the deal done for my new car. Not only did they source the exact car I wanted in the quickest possible time but they were constantly in contact to let me know how we were progressing with the delivery of the car. All done with a smile on their face and a genuine effort to get me the best and most efficient deal possible. I can’t recommend my experience highly enough.

A very BIG sincere and genuine "Thank You" to Chris Marsh, Mick Wallis and also Chris' manager who's name I unfortunately do not have. My car had to go in for a strange lighting issue which Mick very quickly diagnosed and resolved. Ironically an issue caused by human error. However, all the team involved upheld the highest levels of compassion, honesty and integrity and I couldn't have asked for more. I had my car back before the end of the day and it is vital, as it is the only vehicle in the family, which is essential to look after my disabled mother. Finally, I hope that you enjoy the biscuits that I brought along for the team as my little way of saying thank you for your understanding and honesty. Great Service Guys! Keep up the good work and I hope that it is recognised.

They were both very knowledgeable, answering all queries and questions with professionalism but with enough humour and friendly banter, that made the experience a very enjoyable one.

Very poor service. I made a booking online through the Skoda website for a service and MOT. I received a confirmation email saying that someone would be in touch nearer the time to confirm everything. I did not hear from anyone so I phoned up to check and they said they had no record of my booking. The lady said she would investigate and call me back but she didn't so I called again. They said that it was "unlikely they'd be able to help me but they would try and would get back to me". Well, they did not get back to me. I also raised a complaint online through Skoda and have not had a response. As my MOT was due I ended up having to go elsewhere and was fortunate a local garage could fit me in.

Firstly I'd like to thank Antonio and Chris for providing a very professional service, i have recently purchased a Skoda Karoq they have been very specific and professional went through all the details about the car from A to Z would like to thank the both of you for taking care of me. I absolutely love the new Karoq what a beast it is. They always kept me updated on the delivery of the car.
