Stellantis &You Peugeot Brentford

Having brought my fiat in with an intermittent fault causing sudden power failure the mechanics tried all day to recreate the fault to diagnose it but failed (as other garages had failed) so in despair I chose to accept a quote I had to scrap it. Instead Alan suggested R&D would match that quote and use my car as a trade in for a Peugeot and so I did. The courtesy kindness and genuine helpfulness of all the staff was outstanding. Alan even waived the £129 diagnostic fee because they hadn’t succeeded. Discretion at its best. Robins & Day should be proud to have Alan and his team as employees

For 15 days we had to call the garage every single day to push them to fix the car. Every day we got different information about the car. On the day when I picked up the vehicle I had to wait about 40 minutes to get my car Not a single customer was waiting apart from me, so no idea what took them that long and they knew that I was coming as we communicated this over the phone (they had about 4 hours to get the car ready before my arrival) Far from friendly service. I did not feel welcomed or looked after.

I booked my jeep for its annual service, booking was pushed back 2 times due to parts not being available but Kasha was great at chasing this service and locating parts. When I came down to drop my vehicle from start to finish Sanaz was amazing and very helpful, at the time of pick up she was first point of contact and released the car. Would recommend this service centre, thank you Sanaz and Kasha.

I have not purchased a vehicle from here specifically however manage a fleet of vehicles and have continuously had an awful customer service experience with contacting the parts, service or sales departments for various bookings and questions. You get passed around before you can breath as soon as the person on the other line understands you are not their direct customer and I have wasted hours trying to get a simple question answered, speak to the right department or receive a pleasant customer experience. Customer service and the management of customer expectations needs to be drastically improved as it is completely awful largely.

Very poor customer service. I have had my car serviced here for years and always good service till now. Had my car in for brakes service and no update on work progress and despite 5 phone calls no answer. When I finally got my car back it was returned dirtier than it went in without even a cursory wash or clean!!

Kasia was excellent at keeping me informed of the work being done on my Alfa Romeo Guilia for my service and MOT. Would be good to have a direct telephone number rather than having to go via the Robins and Day customer call centre

Advisor Lafira . Is highly incompetent and very unprofessional , she is unable to give correct Advise , she has done numerouse of mistakes regarding my booking and was not even on the system when I brought my car in and issues with car not reported .
I called Lafira , emailed and no reply. I continously called unti her colleague put me through to her.
When I address the issues and informed her I will speaking to her manager about the incompetence and the frustration off all the incorrect misinformation she provided.
Lafira than hang up on me ..whoever ur Advisor is, Do not use Lafira.

This place is ok , service price is high same as ecru other major car dealers, Peugeot 108 I paid £473 for service 😃
Last year they send me Vauxhall yeading, they charge me £280 for service (not full) and they just changed engine oil nothing else. Absolutely nothing
And when I Mention it they said we can’t do anything about it, they are different company, but Peugeot send me there
