After some fortuitous events, Bradley called me to let me know the 2 viewers weren't able to attend and if I was able to come and view the car that afternoon. I went and tested the car, taking far longer than the recommended test drive time, and parking rather badly on the busy road outside the shop. Without comment on either inconvenience, Bradley answered my lengthy list of questions I had prepared previously with knowledge and humour, putting me at ease.
I agreed to pay the deposit on the car then and there and we arranged a collection date, with Bradley ensuring I knew all the paperwork needed to prepare for that day. We exchanged a few emails between this day and the collection date, confirming details and times, which meant I didn't feel like an after-thought.
When I came to collect the car with my boyfriend, Bradley was more than happy to talk us through some of the specifics of the car and how it worked, with no rush and his now familiar knowledge and humour.
I have now had the car a week and am super happy with it. During my experience with Mazda, I did not feel pressured or 'sold-to' in any way, which as a first time buyer gave me confidence and trust in this car dealer.
Thank you and we hope to be back in a. few years to invest in the newest range!
As of May 2022, now this dealer is kicked out from Mazda. I do not know this is because their service is poor or low quality of Mazda car.
Recently, I was looking for 2nd hand car and been cheated by another big car dealer, so when I came to Master Mazda, I did ask a lot of questions, their sales executive, Bradley, from the first contact, be patient to answer my email questions one by one, all most in the same day, once even on Sunday. For particular complicated questions, he ringed and explained all the details to me.
Last time when London got the fuel supply crisis, they didn’t force me to take the car even it was ready, but proactively postponed the car handover. Kept me updated every day about the situation down there and once the situation been improved, they called me in. Thanks for their professional preparation that all the procedures finished in just half an hour, so I had sufficient time and fuel for 5 hours’ drive back home smoothly in the same date.
Since I am a newcomer and the first time to buy a 2nd hand car in UK, some rules or procedures are not familiar to me, therefore after driving my car back home, I keep sending questions to Bradley, and thanks for his kindly and patient, he answers my email one by one, in the same day as usual.
If anyone, any newcomer to UK or my friend need to buy a car, I highly recommend Master Mazda, and definitely I will come back for my next/ second car.
Especial thanks to Bradley for his kind assistance in my case.
Bradley answered all our questions no matter how trivial.
Spent time going through the car's functionality and even as we drove away with it, we were told that we were to call him if we got stuck on how to use any of the buttons or needed assistance programming the satnav.
We have no hesitancy in recommending Eden Park Mazda dealership especially whilst the likes of Bradley and Phil continue to work there.
Had my car booking in for first service (oil change and new filter). Told to bring it in before 10. The earlier the better, then it would be completed promptly. Arrived at 0800 hrs to be first in the queue. Told that it would be the first service of the day to be done. Also told it would be ready by lunchtime and that it would be vacuumed and cleaned inside. Also told that an engine flush and fuel additive was recommended (at an additional cost to service). I agreed this and went on with my day.
At 1500 hrs I called and asked for an update. I was told that they didn’t have enough of the correct oil on premises and that they had had to order some.
At 1640 hrs I call again as I had to get there before 1730 hrs when they close. I was told the oil had just arrived and to make my way.
When I collected the vehicle apart from apologies there was no offer of compensation. I was told it was not his fault. Considering Mazda contacted me telling me it needed an oil change they could not explain why there was no oil! Quite ridiculous as I bought the car from them in the first place!
The car was not cleaned inside as promised.
I certainly will not be using them again. Very disappointed.

I have since spoken to the manager. He has apologised profusely and offered suitable recompense. This matter has now been dealt with satisfactorily.
