I had a good experience
Honest post and pictures, polite on the phone and after arriving and seeing the car I was offered a test drive. The car I checked out thoroughly had a fresh MOT and drives great (350 miles so far in 9 days) with no issues,very pleased.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from IBO. They answered every question I had about the car and were very quick to respond to my messages when making initial inquiries. I was able to view the car the same day, which was very convenient. I also was able to test drive the car before agreeing on a good deal. Would recommend!

They have great Collection of cars. I looked up a car online and pay the deposit and they deliver it to me in time. Car is as good as it is advertised. Nice car and Honest people.

Great experience from start to finish. Very prompt response to all inquiries, friendly and professional. The car need a couple of things attended to and Syed fixed them without being asked to do so. He delivered it personally over 100 miles, and it was a great pleasure to meet him. Highly recommended!

Very straightforward, friendly and efficient. All of the questions we had were answered clearly. The car was well presented and appointments to see the vehicle and collect it was excellent. The salesman was first class and helpful. All of the prep and paperwork well prepared. Great place to purchase a car - fully recommend to others.

The best thing happened dealing with this people is the car they have because it is JAPANESE and made by the best Toyota. apart from this this IBO motors they have not any knowledge about good customers service they live in another plant they did not respond to any communication in the proper time they are always late,they deliver my car without the Mot certificate and the delivery man he trayed to foul me by saying (Because of covid19 the grage did not issue paper certificates)which is completely untrue he promised me to send this certificate by post in 2 days but after one week from this date I did not receive any thing
They are not professional at all and they have not any idea about the value of the time so my advice is not to deal with them and search for a good customer's service people

Probably the most honest and lowest pressure car sales business I have ever used. I looked at a car IBO had for sale and put down a deposit but before I could complete the purchase IBO noticed a problem with the wiper electronics that was going to be difficult/expensive to repair. They called me and gave me the option of returning my deposit or buying the car at a substantial discount. 10/10 for honorable business practices. Thanks IBO.
