Drove there to find nobody there. Very difficult to find as it was just a small sign on a door with a phone number. When the man turned up he informed me that he had no internet so could not do any transactions even though they rang the day before to make sure that WE were going to keep the appointment. Very disappointing. Would not use again

Amazingly fast, efficient & fair. Dealt with Lenny at Sidcup branch who was excellent throughout the entire process. It was absolutely no hassle at all. In fact, it was such a good experience, that after selling our first car to them, we went back 20 minutes later and sold our second car to them! Would definitely use again in future & have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Waited half an hour to speak to somebody to be told that our appointment didn't exist despite having a confirmation text, very little signage on display
