EMG - Croydon Service

Very negative experience and extremely expensive but poor quality of services offered. After I complained they promised they would assess and repair some of the work they should have done in the first place, but they have not been answering calls or replying to my emails since. Any other garage would be more decent than this one.

Usually good service here but mucked up my wife's washer motor recently. I had to takecar back to get it replaced. No real apology.

Was not Able to program my car key but gave another mobile key dealer charge me £60 for coming out but could not program my lost £60 For nothing I think the macanic did a back hand deal with the call out mobile key locksmiths bad experience with Peugeot citron dealers

I have been using EMG for over 25 years, at their Epsom site first, and have never gone elsewhere. Why? Simply because they have looked after my cars as well as providing an exemplary standard of customer care. I have bought 3 cars from them historically, and have had 4 cars serviced/ MOT d / upgraded by them. They call me in advance of the annual service and MOT (it’s easy to forget), they pick up & deliver back my car, it is always clean, they call me to discuss any issues (rarely with a Suzuki are there issues) and provide an estimate for my consideration. I have always been able to question estimates and my opinions are listened to (sadly as a woman they are often not). Also their charges are extremely fair so I would not wish to go elsewhere and recommend them without reservation.

I think there has been a misunderstanding back in 2019 regarding my Peugeot Expert. Although the car has been in and out about 6-7 times, at the end they have managed to repair it. Since that day i never had any issues.

Awful experience with a “Peugeot Specialist” they had our car for two months - admittedly offering a part ex for us to get around in …. They had no idea what they were doing, charged a lot of money for the car to return 4 times with the same fault. Staff are extremely rude and accused us of dumping the car on them - even when we were asking them to draw a line and give us money back. Eventually negotiated a settlement to get some money. Rude arrogant staff. They won’t update you. They will speak down to you if you dare to call and chase. Do not use!

All I can say, May the good LORD have MERCY upon them all!! A bunch of ripoff. I for give you all for what you lot did to me over & over!! My GOD is a good GOD, because he delivered me for you people..

I have really regretted for taking my car to this garage. After charging me so much, they still couldn't fix one of the three issues I went there with. Very disappointed to say the least.
