Selling my BMW here was very simple and stress free. Bill Warren is a straightforward friendly guy to do business with. Highly recommend you check him out. I got a much better price for my car than if I had part-exed it!

Bought a vehicle from their Aylesbury site. Safe to say nearly 2 years and 30,000 Miles later, absolutely no issues with the vehicle. Great customer service and Bill helped with explaining all the features on the car. My next vehicle will definitely be purchased from here again as the process was done with such ease. Hard to find dealers who take great care of their customers!

I never bought a car from John Warren. I had made arrangements to view one and made the necessary appointment. Whilst I recognise that this was at the start of the week and my appointment was for Wednesday I thought that if others were interested in the vehicle then JWC would have made me aware so that I could change my plans. On the morning of the viewing I was informed that the car had been sold which was disappointing. Given that this garage operates an appointment only viewing system I was disappointed that this occurred especially as the cancellation call/text took place just an hour before I was due to visit. The moral here is if you have found the car you want place a refundable deposit to take the car off sale - I would have done this if I had known that others were visiting to view the car and yet this was never offered by JWC. I was simply beaten to it on the day by another customer who had mysteriously appeared an hour before me. I bought a car from my local main dealer in the end.

I've just bought my second car from John Warren Cars. The first I bought 11 years ago and it's served me perfectly in that time. As I'd received such good service all that time ago from Bill I sought them out again on the off chance that they would be able to help me again.

Sure enough I was able to get back in touch with Bill who is still working with his brother John on selling BMWs. The fact that they're still in business 11 years on tells you something about the way they conduct their business, i.e. they're not fly by night cowboys and can be trusted. They know BMWs inside out - and have a passion for them, as much as any main dealer.

Bill and John tracked down exactly the car I wanted at the price that I needed. Once again I've got a great deal on a used BMW that looks and drives like new but at 1/2 the price. They warranty the car for 3 months and they're not into the hard sell. They're an honest business that offer a great service.

If you're after a used BMW I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Bill and John - I really appreciate your help with finding my new car and look forward to dealing with you again in the future.

Bought a BMW 535d estate from John Warren cars a year ago now. Nice bloke to deal with. Obviously knows his cars. Met me halfway down the M4 to swap cars. You’d deal on my part ex.
