I purchased my Audi TT from Belgrave Garage and from start to finish the service from Wayne and his team was second to none. I am so happy with my car and would highly recommend this Garage for buying a used car, Mot and service. Unbelievable customer service. Thank you so much,

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE !!!
Bought a car less than 12 months ago . The day after I brought it home the service light came on. So i called him and he told me to take the car back . Have in mind I am over an hour away . He told me it was a dpf sensor and that he had to order it from eBay .I went back again the following week and the sensor was changed but the light was still on . In all I went 3 times.The 3rd time I waited for 3hours . He reassured me that it was perfectly fine to drive and that his diagnostics weren’t picking any other faults up.10 months later after breaking down 3 times with my 4 children in the car i took it to a
diagnostic center which is AA approved and was told that the car needs over £2000 worth of repairs and that’s why the light wouldn’t switch off.I bought the car for £3000 less than 12 months ago . It was a pleasure for him doing business with us . Obviously his diagnostics didn’t WANT to pick up the faults. It’s my fault tho for trusting him that the car was safe to drive with the light on . I should have took the car back and asked for a full refund . Obviously it’s too late now cause i called him and
he said that i will be charged for any repairs .

Absolutely top class service. Owner and service man where both extremely pleasant while waiting for an MOT to take place on my A4, even offering to show me around some of the performance cars they had. Will be using them in the future.

Bought my car from here 2 years ago and have returned since for MOT and servicing. The staff are lovely and really look after their customers. Would not go anywhere else.

This garage sold me an £11.5k X5 with the the V5 registered to a fraudster who cloned it 4 days before I bought and took possession of the car. It's taken months to sort out the mess with the Police, Action Fraud and DVLA. Promised me a replacement for damaged interior trim which never arrived, costing £145. No apology or offer of compensation received yet.

Update: it's only fair to post an update. After posting this review the garage phoned me and apologised for not sending the replacement interior trim. But refused to accept responsibility for selling me a car which had the V5 registered to someone else 4 days before selling me the car.

Update: 7th May 2022: The Belgrave garage just phoned me and asked me to remove this review and when I refused, he said just before hanging up on me "Actions have consequences mate, just be aware of that"

Recently brought a car from Wayne and I coould not be any happier! From start to finish he helped with everything went out is way to make sure everything went smoothly. Few minor things needed doing to the car and of course like promised they was! When we went to pick the car up it was as clean as it could be inside and out! Must say I'm very happy. Will be going here for regular services and m.o.ts and will recomend to all family and friends 😊

Any warranty work is fully investigated and where required a courtesy vehicle is offered!!
