Lots of smart salespeople in sharp suits but everything relating to servicing/ repairs is quite chaotic with lots of waiting around both when you drop off and when you collect your car. Although they send a lovely little video showing a “health check” of your car, the communication on more important things like when I can actually collect my car is not great. Both times it’s been in for a repair I’ve had to chase them to find out when it will be ready (hard to get through on the phone too). I’ve had much better service at Audi.

Amazing service!!
I had a diagnostic to fix the problem with my onboard computer, they were in contact with me exactly when they said they would be and explained everything they then fixed the problem at no extra cost.
They fixed my beak pads for a great price, the guy also came out the back to explain to me about the sensor touching the pads which is why the light had come on my dash (even though I had had a service done somewhere else, which would of checked this).
Ive had so many bad experiences with garages and being as to trust them. I honestly couldn’t fault my experience here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else they even valet my car for free. The staff were amazing Kristy in particular was so helpful and put me at ease straight away, I would highly recommend.

Called 5 times trying to talk to a member of staff from service as I had some questions and promised a call back more than once, I've given up!! I'll just go to another dealer not in the Cooper Group... Funny enough we are having the car serviced so we can sell it and buy another Mini, Won't be going to Coopers!!!!
