Paragon Car Sales Molesey

Absolute shambles. Rude, unprofessional and cars that are clearly checked over by a mate of theirs at a garage. I know of 3 people that have had issues with the managers way of talking to customers and dealing with the multiple issues they have had with their cars purchased here. PLEASE AVOID. It’s not worth the trouble that comes with it!

I only have good things to say about Paragon Car Sales. My sales rep, Alex, was very efficient and friendly and genuinely cared about my customer experience. All the formalities were carried out in a timely manner and the attention to detail was very impressive. It seemed I had as much time as I wanted to work through the questions I had. I am extremely happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend Paragon Car Sales to anyone, with confidence.

I visited Paragon this afternoon after making an appointment to view a car. We decided the car wasn’t right for our needs but I felt I should leave a review as the staff were excellent and there is no pressure to buy like some car show rooms that won’t leave you alone from the minute you arrive. We were given the keys and left with the vehicle, we were shown the history and left to test drive the car. All questions were answered and it was a great experience. I would have no problems returning again if they had the right car.

Paragon offer a reliable, friendly and professional service that really focuses on customer care. I can't have asked for more from these guys and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a new used car.

Terrible service, sold me a car that needed £100's spending on it to get it right, had it a week and it wouldn't start, when I picked it up it was filthy and when I asked the bloke why it's not been cleaned he said I'm on my own, theres a sodding car wash opposite! Jokers, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

It's the worst car dealer I used in my life bought a car more than 1 minth ago and unfortunately after using it found out it has a lot of trouble with it so called Paragon car sales and the refuse to take the car back or even offer any kind of help and they been rude on the phone and act unprofessional likely I bought 3 months warranty with the car so I'm still dealing with it and it's long process and I believe the reviews u see guys are from friends and family I would love to warn peoples pls b carefully with this cars dealer and don't use them good luck to everyone
