Bought this beautiful BMW 3 series M-sport from Tom at THC CAR SALES, I honestly cannot recommend them enough. My fiancée and I travelled down to Lancaster from Glasgow by train and Tom collected us from the station and let me drive the car back to his premise’s, from start to finish the process of buying the car was smooth and I am now the proud owner of this car. When I got the car back to Glasgow there was a small blockage in the windscreen washer tube (dirt) I contacted Tom and he could not have been anymore helpful, he told me to take it to a garage and get it repaired and he would cover the cost, the problem was resolved and Tom covered the cost to the garage straight away. I would highly recommend THC car sales if you are looking for great service and a quality car 😊

Recently bought a car from Tom at THC and he was a pleasure to deal with. The car was as described, immaculately clean and competitively priced. Will deal with THC again in the future.

I bought a Renault Clio from THC Car Sales, my son’s first car. In the first 6 months it was off the road more time that it was on it. It repeatedly lost it’s coolant & needed a new radiator, it then refused to start, needing a crank sensor, followed by a card reader, a fuel pump & finally 2 sets of exhaust repairs. THC asked me to claim on the warranty for the fuel pump. On calling, 4 months after buying the car, the warranty company told me that THC hadn’t paid for the warranty. We asked THC to take the car back, but they said that they would rather I sorted the things and that they would repay me for those repairs that they’d agreed they would pay. I agreed to pay for the exhaust and allowed the 4 perished tyres to slip. It has been 5 weeks since I asked for payment of close to the £1K that THC agreed to cover. They have not paid. Having previously agreed to pay, they now say that they are ‘thinking about it’. Buyers beware – promises to us were made but not kept, be careful.

We have bought 4 cars now from Tom he is always been very helpful and has gone out of his way to help .
