Advantage 4 Vans

I am not the first unhappy customer. I have being mislead with a ruthless sales pitch method based on complete lies. See the photos I have attached below. All van dealers advertise the price of vehicles then put beside the price +VAT. (if VAT is applicable) I did not know that at the time.

So when I went at the office to enquire about the vehicle, I have showed the photo indicating £13.495 INC VAT they told me there has been a glitch in their system and that the vehicle price £13.495 +VAT see photo below

I didn't believe that so I left, however I was desperate for a vehicle. Next day I've received an email with an amended version of the add attached in the email £16.194 INC VAT see photo below

I've had issues on many occasions, issues such as worn out brake pad, engine light on the dashboard, tire at legal limits, smell of exhaust fumes in drivers cab, and much more but I am only mentioning the bigger problems. Every time I asked to resolve the issues I was left to resolve them at my expenses. Specially during this busy time of the year for my business.

My experience with advantage has costed me over £350 loss of my own time. Having bought a vehicle 2018 reg in October 2020. I can not express enough how much this company has taken advantage of me. On day of collection in October, the vehicle was not cleaned at all, wall behind the seat were gressy, the front was dusty and hasn't been cleaned. I have shown the state of the vehicle and asked for it to be cleaned. I was refused the privilege. Not to mention that this took place at the height of Covid 19 pandemic. while the business was not providing essential services to the public, they have kept most shutters down and continued business as usual. I am so unhappy with the poor customer service, more importantly the lies, the very rude conversation over the phone - to the point of disrespectfully hanging up the phone on me when I asked about warranty details. It is written on their website (Every vehicle sold has an RAC Warranty included in the price for a minimum of 3 months. As an RAC BuySure dealer, only the highest level RAC Warranty available for the vehicle is provided)

Oh also the vehicle didn't come with a manual. Again the number of times I have called and was assured it would be posted to me the following day, so by second week it down to me to take time off work to collect the manual in person.

We recently purchased a van from advantage 4 vans, from the very start Helen was approachable, friendly, honest and very welcoming. After going ahead with our van purchase it was then mot’d, serviced and valeted to an amazing standard! We was also kept updated throughout the whole process, So pleased we used advantage 4 vans and highly recommend!!

Purchased numerous vans from Advantage Vans over the years, ranging from Brand New to 6 years old and every one has been brilliant. Customer Service and aftercare have been excellent, can’t fault them. Will continue to use whenever I need er vehicle.

Time wasters! Explained what I needed for the purchase to proceed and was told shouldn't be an issue to then waste 2 days sorting finance black marking my credit file for on the day I was paying the deposit for them to say sorry we can't do that! Why not just ask the question or say no in first place and would have saved me all that effort ringing brokers! Plenty of other decent comercial van compmays about avoid these time wasters!

My experience of Advantage 4 Vans was first class. The vehicle was exactly as described, great images showing all aspects of the van and above all a very friendly, accommodating service.

I picked up my van from this place last week I can’t say enough good things about the company , so easy to deal with , they couldn’t do enough and Helen was amazing to deal with .

I got my van for £6000 no vat , 6 months warranty , clean 12 months MOT , 12 months free breakdown cover , full service , even got seat covers thrown in !!

Have Recommended to others and would definitely use again in the future !

Ignore the review about how bad they are , as this totally isn’t true , the bloke wants to go and have a word with himself or get a mrs !

I cannot recommend Advantage enough they have gone above and boyend for us here at Majestic Blinds Ltd, the most stress vehicle purchase we have ever experienced!
